The text is distributed afterwards.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Le Cancre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Jacques PR\u00c9VERT<\/p>\n\n<p>Collection: &#8220;Paroles<\/p>\n\n<p>He says no with his head<br\/>but he says yes from the heart<br\/>he says yes to what he loves<br\/>he says no to the teacher<br\/>he stands<br\/>we question him<br\/>and all the problems are posed<br\/>a sudden fit of giggles<br\/>and erases everything<br\/>numbers and words<br\/>dates and names<br\/>phrases and traps<br\/>and despite the master&#8217;s threats<br\/>under the booing of child prodigies<br\/>with chalk of all colors<br\/>on the blackboard of misfortune<br\/>he draws the face of happiness.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Le Cancre&#8221;, from the collection &#8220;Paroles&#8221; published by Gallimard<br\/>Fatras\/ Succession Jacques Pr\u00e9vert, for audiovisual and digital rights<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Jacques Pr\u00e9vert was a French poet and screenwriter, born on February 4, 1900 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, and died on April 11, 1977 in Omonville-la-Petite (Manche). After the success of his first collection of poems, &#8220;Paroles&#8221;, he became a popular poet thanks to his colloquial language and wordplay. Since then, his poems have become famous throughout the French-speaking world, and are widely taught in French schools.
